All Saints, Sandon, Staffordshire, is a lovely Anglican church set in rolling mid- Staffordshire countryside. It lies off the A51 as it passes through Sandon, south of Stone. The church is not visible from the road. Its location can be found on the map available by clicking here. The views from the churchyard of rural Staffordshire are unsurpassed. This web site provides a little of the history of the church and other information with regard to it. It is hoped it will be of sufficient interest to encourage you to visit All Saints’. The best way to enjoy All Saints’ is to visit and attend a service. Services take place each Sunday in the Low church tradition, using the Book of Common Prayer. All Saints’ is a lovely old country church set beside beautiful parkland. The congregation is vibrant and welcomes visitors. Services are usually held at 11.15 a.m. each Sunday. All are very welcome. |

From time to time the PCC organises events to support All Saintsand its restoration. The next to take place is a version of Any Questions being held at Sandon Hall (by the kind permission of the Earl and Countess of Harrowby) on 11 October 2007 at 7.30 p.m. Tickets, priced £10 are available from the churchwardens other members of the PCC and Sandon village stores. |
